01 · GATHERING
Fresh echinacea.
Organically grown echinacea is gathered fresh, when its bitter-herbal character is at its strongest.

02 · MACERATION
Extracting the botanical ingredients.
The fresh plants are steeped in strong organic alcohol and left for several weeks to release their character. In the next step, the vacuum still removes all of the alcohol from the concentrate.

03 · THE VACUUM STILL
Vacuum distillation below 32 °C.
The macerate is concentrated in the rotary evaporator: under vacuum, the water and all of the alcohol evaporate below 32 °C. The concentrate keeps its colour and aroma, and the preparation is completely alcohol-free.

04 · INTO THE HONEY
Blended with organic honey.
The concentrate is gently folded into raw organic honey from the Kočevje forests. No heating and no preservatives. What stays in the jar is the character of the ingredient, captured in honey. A measured amount of Vitamin C completes the formula.

Composition and use
Food supplement produced in Slovenia without alcohol, preservatives or colourings. It is not heat-treated, helping preserve the natural character of honey and herbs.
What is in the jar
The formula contains honey, concentrated Echinacea purpurea extract and 40 mg of Vitamin C per 100 g. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Recommended use
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 g, twice daily.
Children from 3 to 12 years: 5 g, twice daily.
Use for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, then take a 20-day break.
