1. Delivery in Slovenia

If the item is in stock, you will receive the goods within 1–5 business days. Most packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. or GLS d.o.o.

• Shipping cost: €3.50
• Free shipping: For purchases over €49.00 (except for cash on delivery).
• Cash on Delivery: An additional processing fee of €1.00 is charged.
  Note: Pošta Slovenije may charge an additional commission for the payment service upon delivery according to their current price list.

2. Delivery to Croatia

Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or GLS, and final delivery in Croatia is carried out by Hrvatska Pošta or GLS Croatia.

3. Bulk Delivery (Pallet Shipping)

In the case of large quantities or heavy items, we choose the most affordable carrier for pallet delivery. Pricing and delivery details are agreed upon with the buyer in advance.

4. Incorrect Item Selection

In the event of an incorrect item selection by the buyer and following a prior agreement for an exchange, the buyer bears all shipping costs (original shipping, return shipping, and re-delivery of the correct product).

5. General Provisions upon Receipt

The buyer receives an invoice along with the ordered goods. We recommend that you inspect the package upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage to the delivery driver or to our contact address.
