Returns and withdrawal

1. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Send us a clear withdrawal statement within this period, for example by email. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient; our prior approval is not required to exercise this right.

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us. The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Being a food product or a discounted item does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

For statutory withdrawal, we refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without additional charges to you.

2. Additional 30-day return option

In addition to statutory rights, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. For this additional option, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with a receipt or other proof of purchase. This voluntary option excludes sale items and gift cards. These restrictions do not reduce statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning non-conforming goods.

Contact us before sending the parcel. When we accept a voluntary return, we send instructions and a return shipping label; this does not by itself mean that return postage is free. We inform you of our decision after receiving and inspecting the goods. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days, and no later than 14 calendar days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time.

3. Damaged parcels, incorrect or non-conforming products

If a jar is damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the product and packaging can help us resolve it. The seller bears justified costs of bringing non-conforming goods into conformity. The voluntary-return restrictions above do not affect your statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods.

4. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, contact us about a return and a new order. This does not affect your statutory right to replacement of non-conforming goods.
