Organic Forest Honey – Dark Gold from Untouched Forests

Most honey comes from flowers, but forest honey is a gift of the trees. The bees gather it from honeydew on spruce, fir and broadleaf trees. The result is a darker honey, less sweet than floral honey, yet with a far more complex and full-bodied aroma.

Because at Čebelarstvo Košale we believe in the raw power of nature, we never overheat our honey. We extract and jar it cold, at a temperature below 40 °C, so that its natural enzymes, minerals and other substances are kept in their original form.
