Organic Cviček with Honey

Organic Cviček with Honey is a true ambassador of our beautiful Dolenjska (Lower Carniola) region. It brings together our organic honey, gathered in the forests of Kočevje, and an extract of organic cviček – a wine made from the white and red grape varieties typical of Dolenjska, the land of cviček. The product contains no alcohol, yet keeps the recognisable, fruity-berry character of cviček, interwoven with the softness of honey.

In our part of the world cviček is part of home tradition and everyday life, and this alcohol-free version with honey brings it to the table in a new, gentle way – a warm nod to the tradition and taste of Dolenjska.

• Honey 89%
• Cviček concentrate 11%

We harvest and process our honey cold, at a temperature below 40 °C, to preserve its natural character. Because of the naturally sourced ingredients, slight variations in taste and appearance may occur. Store at room temperature up to 25 °C. Honey undergoes natural crystallisation, meaning its state may change from liquid to solid – in this case the product retains all of its natural components. Do not heat above 40 °C. Not recommended for children under 1 year of age. People sensitive to honey should consult a doctor before consuming.
