The recognisable fruit-and-berry character of Cviček, rounded with organic honey into a table-ready blend for cheese boards, desserts or a spoonful on its own.

02 · COMPOSITION AND USE

What it contains and how to use it.

This alcohol-free preparation combines 89% organic honey with 11% Cviček concentrate. That is enough for the spoonful to taste unmistakably of Dolenjska, without containing any alcohol.

Composition: honey 89%; Cviček concentrate 11%.

The honey is processed below 40 °C. Store at room temperature up to 25 °C and do not heat above 40 °C. Natural variations in taste and appearance may occur, and honey naturally crystallises. Not suitable for children under one year. People sensitive to honey should seek medical advice before use.

  1. 01 · FROM THE VINEYARDS

    Cviček from the Dolenjska vineyards.

    Cviček arrives straight from the Dolenjska vineyards. It is fruity, berry-toned and light.

  2. 02 · THE VACUUM STILL

    Vacuum distillation below 32 °C.

    Cviček goes straight into the rotary evaporator: under vacuum, the water and all of the alcohol evaporate below 32 °C. What remains is a completely alcohol-free fruit-and-berry concentrate.

  3. 03 · INTO THE HONEY

    Blended with organic honey.

    The concentrate is gently folded into raw organic honey from the Kočevje forests. No heating and no preservatives. What stays in the jar is the character of the ingredient, captured in honey.
