Red Beetroot is a true storehouse of iron and vitamins. Iron plays a role in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and in the transport of oxygen in the body. Its deficiency often manifests as fatigue. Red Beetroot is therefore excellent natural support for active people, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and during recovery.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption and plays a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and immune system function.
