Organic beetroot from the fields of Dolenjska is pressed into fresh juice. No storage, no heat, just deep crimson colour.

02 · THE VACUUM STILL
Vacuum distillation below 32 °C.
The fresh juice is concentrated in the rotary evaporator: under vacuum, the water evaporates below 32 °C. The concentrate keeps the colour, aroma and character of the fresh-pressed ingredient.

03 · INTO THE HONEY
Blended with organic honey.
The concentrate is gently folded into raw organic honey from the Kočevje forests. No heating and no preservatives. What stays in the jar is the character of the ingredient, captured in honey. A measured amount of Vitamin C completes the formula.
